Open Billing in the dashboard. It shows your current plan, its price, your next charge date and your invoices.
Moving up from Free: press See paid plans, choose Line or Salon, and enter your card on the secure Stripe page. The plan starts as soon as payment is set up. The marketing consent you gave on Free stays on record until you withdraw it; the unsubscribe link in any marketing email does that.
Moving from Line to Salon: press Move to Salon on the pricing page while signed in, then Continue. The price changes in place on your card on file, the difference for the rest of the month is charged straight away, and the Billing page shows the change within a minute.
Moving down: press Cancel at period end on Billing. The next charge stops and your paid plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. After that the account is paused until you tick the Free plan's consent box on the Billing page, and then carries on with the booking page and enquiry inbox. The phone line stops when the paid period ends, because Free has no line.
If a paid plan ends and you want to continue for free, the dashboard shows the Free plan's consent sentence with an unticked box; tick it to carry on.
