Where your data lives, who handles it, and what Glow Line never does

The application runs on Vercel, in the Sydney region when live. The database is on Supabase, in Sydney. Backups are taken daily. Data stays in Australia except where a provider named below processes it elsewhere; the privacy page says which.

Phone numbers are bought from and routed by Vonage. The conversation itself is handled by ElevenLabs, which runs the voice assistant from the prompt built out of your services, hours and notes. The call audio is processed by ElevenLabs; Glow Line receives the words exchanged, a summary, the caller's number and the times, and stores those against your account. Glow Line stores no audio.

The text to you after each call, and the code that verifies your mobile at sign-up, are sent by Vonage. Email, including sign-in links and the confirmation link, is sent by Postmark.

Card details never touch Glow Line. Checkout and card updates happen on Stripe-hosted pages and in Stripe's own card fields. We hold a Stripe customer reference and the invoice records Stripe gives us. The assistant is instructed never to take payment details on a call.

A Free sign-up records the consent sentence shown, its version, the time, the IP address and the browser, so what was agreed to can be shown later. Withdrawal is recorded the same way, with the method used. Paid plans record no marketing consent.

Passwords are at least ten characters and stored hashed. Sign-in by email link is available instead. Changing a password signs out every other device and sends a notice to your confirmed email. We never email a password.

It never confirms a booking, never quotes a price you did not list, never takes payment details, never gives out your mobile number, and never records audio of its own. It has nothing to do with the Glow Tally directory: no listing is sold, no rank changes, no badge is given and no profile is claimed through it.
