What Glow Line is for

Glow Line is for Australian hair, beauty and wellness businesses to have their phone answered, take booking requests and enquiries, and share a booking page. Use it for that.

Do not

Put anything in your services, hours or notes that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or that you do not have the right to say.
Use the assistant to make claims about health outcomes, medical treatments or results that you could not lawfully make yourself.
Divert a phone number you do not control to your Glow Line number.
Use the booking page, enquiry form or inbox to collect information you do not need for a booking or enquiry.
Attempt to make the assistant take payment details, confirm bookings, or act outside the profile you saved.
Probe, overload or interfere with the service, the voice line, the webhooks or any other account.
Resell the service or set up accounts for businesses you do not operate.

Callers and clients

Information about callers and clients that comes to you through Glow Line is for dealing with their request. Do not add them to marketing lists without their consent, and respond to a request to be forgotten.

Fair use of allowances

Allowances are per account and per calendar month. Do not split one business across accounts to stretch them, or share one account across unrelated businesses.

If something goes wrong

Tell us at hello@glowtally.com.au. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules while we look, and close it where the breach is serious or repeated.
