For skin clinics
Glow Line for skin clinics
Clinic phones ring with questions that need a consultation to answer properly. Glow Line gives the price and length of what you list, says plainly when something needs the team, and takes the request. It never invents a clinical answer.

What gets in the way for skin clinics
Consult-first pricing
Many treatments cannot be priced on the phone. List the consultation as a service, put the rule in notes, and the assistant says that is where the price is set.
Treatment rooms need quiet
A client mid-peel does not want to hear the phone, and the therapist cannot leave. The line takes the call and the text waits for a break.
Questions the assistant must not answer
Suitability, contraindications and aftercare belong to a qualified person. The assistant says it is not sure and that the team will confirm, every time, because it only has your list.
A worked example
Skin clinic work, with Glow Line
Clearwater Skin is a two-room clinic with a dermal therapist and a nurse two days a week. Services on Glow Line list skin consultation, several facials and peels with prices and durations, LED sessions and a skin needling treatment with a from price. Notes say that injectables are priced at consultation with the nurse, that a patch test is required before a first peel, and that the clinic is closed Mondays.
A caller asks what the clinic charges for lip filler. The assistant says injectables are priced at consultation with the nurse, as the notes say, gives the consultation price and length, and offers to take a booking request for one. It takes her name, mobile and a preference for a Wednesday. The therapist reads the text after a peel and confirms by text.
Questions from skin clinics
Will it give medical advice?
No. It answers from your services and notes only. Anything beyond that gets a plain reply that the team will confirm.
Can it quote injectables by unit?
Only if you list a unit price as a service. Most clinics prefer to price at consultation, and the notes can say so.
Can we record a cancellation policy?
Write it in notes. The assistant will state it and will not take any payment.
