Open Receptionist in the dashboard. The page has three parts.
Services: each row takes a name, a price in dollars and a duration in minutes. Press Add a service for more rows, up to thirty. Name services the way clients ask for them, and give each one a price, because a blank price is saved as $0.00; for work priced at consultation, list the consultation as its own service and explain in notes.
Hours: each day has an open time, a close time and a Closed tick. Tick Closed for days you do not open. The assistant tells callers these hours when asked.
Notes: a plain text box, up to 2,000 characters, for anything else the assistant should know: parking, where to wait, what to bring, deposits, vouchers, how far ahead you book. If a caller asks and the answer is here, the assistant gives it. If not, it says it is not sure and the team will confirm.
Press Save. On paid plans with a line, the assistant is updated straight away and the next call uses the new list. The booking page's service drop-down updates too. The Get my phone line button stays off until services and hours have been saved at least once.
